       This is a sample of the services we provide.

        Condominium Inspections        

• Scheduled weekly or bi-weekly inspections (Monday-Friday)
• Prepare property for arrival and departure
• Turn on/off necessary breakers 
• Turn on water; flush toilets and run taps; Turn off water
• Run faucets and tubs (if owner is gone for extended period of time)
• Turn ice maker on/off (empty ice bin)
• Make sure all lights are in the off position
• Check air conditioning system/Check thermostat /Set humidistat (if applicable)
• Check fans for on/off position (owner’s preference)
• Check fridge and freezer (when left in on position)
• Check that all windows are closed and locked/ Lock doors/Lock storage/garage doors
• Check entire condo for any signs of leaks
• Check and forward mail 
• Turn off water to washing machine/Open door of washer to prevent mold
• Monitor bug and rodent issues
• Supervise housekeeping services
• Turn dishwasher on
• Set alarm if applicable
• Monthly itemized statement includes summary of property inspection and our recommendations

           Home Inspections

• Turn on/off necessary breakers (e.g. hot water heater)
• Turn on water, flush toilets and run taps; Turn off water
• Run faucets and tubs (if owner is gone for extended period of time)
• Turn ice maker on/off (empty ice bin)
• Monitor pool service company  
• Make sure all lights are in the off position
• Check air conditioning system/Check thermostat /Set humidistat (if applicable)
• Check fans for on/off position (owner’s preference)
• Check fridge and freezer to make sure they are in working order
• Check that all windows are closed and locked/ Lock doors/Lock garage door
• Check entire home for any signs of leaks
• Check and forward mail
• Check the breaker box
• Turn off water to washing machine/Open door of washer to prevent mold
• Monitor irrigation system and other landscaping needs/Removal of yard debris
• Monitor bug and rodent issues
• Monthly itemized statement includes summary of property inspection and our recommendations
• Prepare property for arrival and departure
• Turn dishwasher on
• Set alarm if applicable

• Recommend insurance agents, utility services, etc.
• Assist Owner in Hurricane Preparedness/Clean up
• Bill paying assistance
• Purchase/Delivery of groceries and supplies
• Supervise housekeeping services
• Maintain/Wash vehicles/boats/etc.
• Boat Care 
• Drive to Doctors or any other appointments
• Delivery and pickup service to/from Airport
• Drop off vehicle to airport
• Handyman repairs (cost is subject to type of repair)
• Service Contract Recommendations/Service Contract Negotiations
• Construction/Renovations Inspections
